The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining and enhancing our security posture by ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of cybersecurity and compliance. Responsibilities: Respond to client security questionnaires by providing accurate and detailed information regarding the organization's security practices, controls, and compliance status. The GRC tool Sauce Labs uses is Vanta. Experience with Vanta is a plus, and will be highly valued. Assist in preparation for regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701), and internal policies. Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and improve security posture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security gaps and recommend remediation measures. Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation, including policies, risk assessments, and audit reports. Stay informed about the latest security trends, threats, and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing compliance. Participate in security awareness training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of security. Required Skills: Onsite presence is required four days per week for this role, though there is flexibility regarding which days and the specific working hours. Minimum requirement is C2 English equivalency level and the ability to work in a fast-paced, English speaking environment. Excellent comprehension skills are a requirement. Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field are desirable. 2 - 3 years of experience with an understanding and working experience with information security principles, practices, and technologies. Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks and regulations (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701). Experience in a SaaS company at an operational level is a plus (Operations, Networking, CyberSecurity, Compliance, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are a plus. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time to support in-person collaboration with your team or customers, as needed on-site or within the region.
