Come join our team!As the Finance Director, you will:Work in the business and partner with entity controllers and business finance teams to evaluate financial performance, providing overviews on historical performance, future forecasts and long-range planning.Design and implement finance process improvements to enable better transparency around financial information for all parts of the business, focusing on sales, Operating Margin and working capital.Be a key member of the business management team and contribute to strategy development, policies and decision making beyond finance issues.Understand the strategic business objectives and contribute to the creation, execution, and ongoing development and delivery of that strategy.Work closely with Business Directors to develop and iterate commercial business models to help ensure long term sustainable growth and proper upfront investment allocation.Ensure leadership has actionable information regarding all aspects of its respective function as reflected in the financial/business data. This includes identifying, analyzing, extrapolating, and explaining trends; clearly articulating and visualizing the story behind the data; devising appropriate options for action; and making a recommendation on the best course of action. To conduct a financial review for significant business opportunities - as an example when revenue and risk are substantial.Deliver financial reporting & cost control – back to the organization, and tailored views/metrics for business lanes based on level of maturity.Coordinate and submits financial plans.
