Baden-Württemberg, Germany National Business Development Manager - Automotive / Motor Bikes Location: Ideally based in and around Baden - Wurttemberg, with national travel Salary: Circa 70,000 - 80,000 Euros including bonus plus car allowance About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate National Business Development Manager with a strong sales history in the Automotive industry, experience with Electric Vehicles (EVs) would be an advantage. As my client's new National Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our client's range of EVs to resellers and dealerships throughout the DAC region, extending their network of dealers throughout the region. As a National Business Development Manager your Key Responsibilities will look like this: Product Evangelist: Act as an in-house EV expert with full ownership of my client’s EV product channel, building awareness and understanding both internally and externally. Collaboration: Work closely with regional/central teams, Product Strategy, Product Development, Brand Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial stakeholders to guide strategic decisions based on market insight promoting both ICE and EV products. Strategy to Execution: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, ensuring quick time-to-market and optimal resource utilization. Customer Focus: Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to enhance customer experience and drive growth. Brand Development: Lead the development of brand activations and channel partnerships, overseeing brand initiatives to strengthen market presence. Network Strategy: Develop and stabilize the channel network, motivating partners to introduce new products into the market. Annual Brand Plan: Create and execute an annual brand plan for the Groups offerings, building brand awareness and aspiration in priority markets. Campaign Execution: Strategize, plan, and lead the execution of brand portfolio strategy and develop relevant campaigns. Customer Engagement: Visit customers to solicit feedback on products and services, bringing to life the benefits of our their products. Business Engagement: Engaging throughout the Group will require a fluent command of English and German (at least B1 in both).
