* Lead the Acquisition Sales team consisting of Field-, Inside sales, SDR and Support teams ensuring all relevant partners get online
* Support sales managers, team leaders and employees to reach their individual and communal success
* Agree on the local strategy and combined objectives ensure that our EBITDA targets are achieved
* Own local implementation of global projects and programs
* Set ambitious sales targets as part of the global incentive plan
* Ensure reporting of daily business based on KPIs and SLAs
* Planning and ensuring annual budgets
* Leverage data and reports for market and competitive analysis; derive resulting strategic and tactical plans
* Ensure all requirements regarding compliance and food safety are met
* Continuous increase in sales efficiency
* Continuously drive an ambitious growth culture in sales organisation along our corporate values LEAD, DELIVER, CARE
* Be a role model, lead by example, continuously raising the bar testing new concepts and learning from mistake
What will you bring to the table
* Extensive experience in a commercially focused role, leading high performance teams of 100+ FTEA strategic, customer obsessed leader who stays ahead of the curve who proactively manages all relevant KPIs
* A collaborative, motivational leader who sets and adjusts priorities for his/her teams
* You are experienced in coaching, mentoring and managing performance of your sales teams;
* You are motivated by targets and you know how to enthuse your team to reach and exceed those targets;
* You work collaboratively, cross functionally with logistics and marketing
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in both, German and English
* You have an affinity and interest in the food-service industry;
