Do youwant to work with a global, fast-paced, diverse team? Do you wantto drive customer acquisition through SaaS software bookings andARR growth across a targeted portfolio of Biopharmaceutical,pharmaceutical and CRO/CDMOaccounts?
We are currentlyseeking a Strategic Account Executive who willbe responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to winSaaS business, helping some of the largest pharmaceutical and CRO/CDMO organizations in the world, accelerate their criticalmilestones across the biopharma lifecycle from research tomanufacturing.
This is aremote position based in Europe, which requires easy access andfrequent travel to target accounts and customers in North Americaand EMEA, as well as the IDBS office in Boston (USA) and Woking(UK).
What we’ll getyoudoing:
* Vision:Forge executive relationships and deliver growth in IDBS’s keycustomers and targets. Deliver world class commercial planning andexecution, aligned to company strategy while maintaining rigour indaily management andreporting
* Engagement: Drivein-person engagement with key stakeholders withing existing andtarget accounts. Build relationships and influence strategy forboth short term and long termgrowth
* Performance: Leadcross functional teams to win and expand customer accounts, actingas the visible owner of the account strategy and driving executionthrough SFDC
* Results: Drivenew logo acquisition and ARR expansion in portfolio of targetedtop-tier accounts. Deliver accurate forecasting andon-time-delivery of new business bookings aligned to companybusinessplans
Hereis what success in this role lookslike:
* Proven track record ofclosing new enterprise SaaS deals (>$1MARR)
* Typically has 8+ years of senior salesexperience & can create opportunities and momentum in complexsales cycles (12–18-months)
* Proven track recordof engaging C-Suite decision makers to close multi-million-dollarSaaS deals and influence customer strategy and decisionmaking
* Demonstrable track record of deliveringagainst annual, quarterly and monthly SaaS sales targets across arange of new-logo and cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities; provenability to deliver both short-term results and build and executemid-long term strategic plans
* Goodunderstanding of the challenges and opportunities across theR&D or manufacturing lifecycle within the BioPharma and CDMOmarkets
Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:
* Pharmaceutical and lifesciences sales experience
* Using the Challengersales methodology to recruit and grow large strategicaccounts
* Scientific or Scientific Salesbackground in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry,or ProcessEngineering
