RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a parental leave replacement, we are looking for support in the area of People & Organization as soon as possible. The contract is limited to 12 months; this role can be performed either part-time or full-time.
1. You will support HR Business Partners in day-to-day business, projects and administrative support for managers.
2. Furthermore, you will be responsible for operational support and the continuous optimization of HR processes.
3. You will be in charge of the IT system implementation, for example the creation and approval of search requests, the operational maintenance of SAP Org management as well as the control of disciplinary and absenteeism management.
4. For planning, strategy and change processes, you will provide supportive evaluations, data and communication slides.
5. In cooperation with the HR Business Partners, you will prepare personnel and development retreats as well as pay rounds and support the implementation as well as evaluation.
QUALIFICATIONS
6. completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification as a personnel clerk and/or a relevant bachelor's degree
7. very good MS Office skills, ideally experience with SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors
8. confident knowledge of German as well as good English skills
