Currently we are looking for an Intern in Customer Relations, duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide information about products and services.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
* Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
* Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service to Tianshis networks across Europe via online and offline channels
Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
* Excellent knowledge of German and English in both written and spoken (Turkish as a plus)
* strong communication skills
* excellent online/offline marketing skills
* Active, motivated team player; able to work independently
* PC skills with the MS Office package
