Your mission We are currently embarking on an exciting journey to launch a new SaaS product designed to let our customers focus on monitoring and let us take care of the rest. Providing our customers with a much faster time to value and thereby, allowing Checkmk to enter new markets: You will be crucial in shaping the technical product support and operations processes for our new Checkmk SaaS product, to allow us to provide global technical product support and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate tasks betwenn our Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) team and consulting & support teams, and report to stakeholders Drive initiatives to continuously improve our technical product support and operations processes Convert identified improvements and requirements into concepts and tickets Taking ownership of scrum ceremonies of the SRE team Your profile Proven experience in project management and/or operating a SaaS product. Good understanding of SRE practices and how they affect operations and the availability of a SaaS product. Experienced in leading projects across multiple locations and with people with diverse cultural backgrounds Experience with operations management tools (f.e. PagerDuty) for alert communication, alert management, and on-call organisation and so on Highly organized and result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products on time and excellent cross functional communication skills Have a user-centered mindset, not shying away to identify and verify needs and pain points in direct collaboration with customers. Experience as a Product Owner or Requirement Engineer is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
