Job Title: Product Sales Specialist - Automated Products
We are a leading provider of advanced logistics automation technology, with 650 employees and a global presence through our subsidiary within Investment AB Latour. We specialize in finding fast, safe, and cost-effective solutions for our customers across Loading & Unloading, Automatic Loading & Unloading, Automated Systems, and Aftermarket.
About the Role:
* Represent Caljan to customers within assigned regions or account bases, maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer prospects.
* Drive sales of automated products within the DACH territory.
* Earn established sales goals for the assigned region by working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver product presentations, distribute marketing materials, and attend trade shows and industry functions on behalf of the company.
* Create new business opportunities through various sales tactics to meet specific KPIs and sell to new accounts.
* Closely collaborate with Caljan DACH sales teams, sales support, and engineering departments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity.
* Fluency in German and English languages.
* Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context.

What We Offer:
* A competitive salary range between €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
* A company car for private use.
* Possibility to live anywhere in Germany, but regular presence at the site in Halle (Westphalia) is required.
