Description We are currently looking for Managing Director of all levels for our Capital Markets team in Germany (all cities). The team is involved in the marketing and sale of properties in all asset classes, in particular logistics, commercial and office spaces. Areas of responsibility Leads the sale of real estate property sales Cultivate and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business growth. Supervise complex sales transactions Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to optimize investment strategies while managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing capital markets team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional growth. Final approval on all sales documentation, marketing materials and memorandums Required Qualifications 10 years of experience in real estate brokerage. Preferably university degree at MBA level with economics/real estate focus. Self-motivated, team oriented, and strong time management skills to priorities tight deadlines. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information. Ability to be proactive, anticipate demands and accomplish tasks with minimal direction and oversight. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills; able to interface with clients including their top-level executives. Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively. Ability to work independently while being a team player. Benefits Monthly car allowance.
