What you’ll do:
As an Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial processes. Your responsibilities include:
Recording and reviewing business transactions in financial accounting.
Accounts receivable and payable management.
Processing payment transactions and monitoring open items.
Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Handling dunning processes and tracking outstanding claims.
Collaborating with external tax consultants and auditors.
Being the first point of contact for inquiries related to payment processes and invoices.
What You’ll Bring:
You’ll ideally have completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in accounting.
You’ll have proven professional experience in accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company.
You’ll have proficiency with accounting software; knowledge of DATEV is a plus.
You’ll possess a strong understanding of commercial and tax law, as well as HGB accounting principles.
You’ll be structured, independent, and team-oriented with strong communication abilities.
