Job Description
The B2P (Business to Partner) department looks after our tourism sales partners all over the world. From online travel agencies to rental car brokers, from meta channels to multimodal platforms - together with our colleagues, we ensure that customers always find their perfect SIXT rental car for their next trip. No matter which platform they start their search on and where they want to travel. You will enrich our team by setting up and expanding cooperation with international partners, identifying joint business opportunities and implementing and carrying out partner-related projects. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
* You will act as a bridge between our key account teams, tech teams and external partners in our daily business
* You are responsible to resolve partner issues – having a 360-degree view on partner booking journeys and identifying gaps
* You implement measures for quality control and ensure process quality for all partner business flows
* You will be the escalation level for customer service cases
* You will support our distribution tech team with daily topics (monitoring, test bookings, etc.) to ensure a smooth daily business
* You will take over commission-payment topics and serve as a contact point both for partners and internal for other departments
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* You have a hands-on mentality and love to work on the operations side
* You have successfully completed training in the tourism sector with several years of professional experience or a degree in economics, tourism or a comparable course of study
* You have already gained practical experience in partner tool implementation, account/product management, sales or related areas
* Booking systems such as GDS or OBEs and/or other interfaces are no foreign word to you, ideally you already have user knowledge or at least enjoy familiarizing yourself with systems
* You are confident, communicative, like to go into detail and find process topics exciting
* You have good German and English skills and enjoy working in an international environment
