Sastrify is looking for a motivated and dedicated Working Student to join our Finance team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a current Master's student in finance or a related field to apply academic concepts to real-world scenarios, particularly focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and business analytics. You'll be working with Moritz Diedrich who leads our Finance Team. What you'll do as our Working Student Finance (m/f/d) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Support the finance team in building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses. Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making. Business Analysis: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial data accuracy and reporting. Provide insights that drive key business decisions. Data Management & Reporting: Assist in automating financial reporting processes while ensuring data integrity and accuracy for both internal and external stakeholders. Ad-hoc Financial Projects: Take part in various projects that support both the Finance team and the wider Sastrify organization. Requirements You are currently pursuing an advanced Bachelor’s degree or have recently started your Master’s in Finance or a related field at a German university. Strong foundational knowledge of finance principles, with a keen interest in applying them in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial modeling and business analysis. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets ; experience with additional financial or accounting software (e.g., Datev) is a plus. Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
