Talent Acquisition Specialist CE (m/f/d) OUR PURPOSE The Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/x) is part of our PRADA HR Team for Central Europe, located in our Head Office in Munich. You will be a valued member of our team from day one and will be responsible for our recruitment efforts and daily business operations. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will have the opportunity to take the initiative, influence processes, and collaborate closely with various departments to meet our staffing needs and enhance our recruitment strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES • Be the representative of the brand and deliver the entire candidate journey • Guidance and monitoring of job interviews for our stores in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands of the brands PRADA and MIU MIU and the Head Office in Munich • Organization of the entire recruitment process and applicant management • Development of recruitment strategies • Developing employer branding strategies and their implementation in the different markets • Preparation of training plans for new employees • Project work and close collaboration with the HR Director • Close cooperation with senior managers in stores and head office • Preparation of reports and support in other HR administrative topics • Collaboration with external recruiters and staffing agencies KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS • A degree (e.g., in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications) or a comparable qualification and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with similar target groups • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Excellent knowledge of the retail landscape and recruitment channels is required • Fluent in English and German • Very good MS Office skills, SAP desirable • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills WHY PRADA At PRADA, we offer more than just a job – we provide a platform for you to flourish and make a mark in the dynamic world of luxury retail.
