We are on the lookout for a Group Product Manager - Adtech to join the AdTech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Operating across 50+ countries, our Ad Tech platform connects millions of customers with the perfect advertiser every day. In 2024/25, Ad Tech is a key driver of our profitability, projected to generate over 1 billion euros in revenue.
Responsibilities
1. Join us and work on one of the most exciting topics at Delivery Hero with significant top-management attention
2. Define and own the strategy and the roadmap of our ad tech products as well as its communication to stakeholders
3. Engage with globally spread regional teams to understand business and product opportunities to influence product discovery and the roadmap
4. Collaborate within a cross-functional team dedicated team comprised of commercial performance managers, data scientists and analysts, UX researchers, designers and engineers
5. Conduct user research by interviewing our advertisers to find and prioritize our advertiser needs and problems.
6. As a global leader, act as a thought leader and subject matter expert across the company
7. Work closely with the other Adtech product leaders
8. Join our large and growing global product community and act as a product champion and mentor
Qualifications
9. 8 to 10+ years of experience in product management, with a primary focus on the Adtech industry. Proven track record in building and scaling Adtech solutions such as programmatic advertising platforms, RTB systems, and ad-serving technologies.
10. 6+ years of deep Adtech domain expertise, with hands-on experience in building, scaling, and optimizing Ad Tech products.
11. Demonstrated ability to build commercially successful Adtech product portfolios, driving innovation and profitability.
12. 5+ years of experience leading teams in Adtech, with the ability to coach, inspire, and align cross-functional stakeholders in highly technical and fast-paced environments.
13. Expertise in developing and owning product strategies and roadmaps, including the ability to translate business goals into scalable Adtech solutions.
14. Strong analytical mindset, with experience using Adtech metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, ROI, inventory fill rate, and audience segmentation KPIs to guide decisions and measure product success.
15. Exceptional stakeholder management, including experience collaborating with senior executives, external partners, advertisers, and technical teams in the Adtech ecosystem.
16. Skilled in navigating complex organizational environments with outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
17. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
