About the role
As a Management and Team Assistant at reeeliance, you'll be at the forefront of strategic decision-making and significantly contribute to the success of the company and the happiness of our team. Whether you have a background in business administration, information systems, or another related field, we are excited to see what you can contribute to our team. Most important is that you have a strong interest in our world of data management, and the motivation to learn.
In this exciting role, you'll be providing active support to our management team on a variety of topics, including Accounting, Marketing and Sales. In addition you will be the central point of contact for our team for all organizational topics. While having experience in one or more of these areas is a plus, your key asset will be your ability to work independently and maintain a high level of quality in your work. With more than 15 nations represented in our company, being fluent in both German and English is a must.
Your responsibilities:
* As a Management & Team Assistant you will prepare and execute workshops and team events
* You will be in charge of Marketing and communication
* As a main contact person, you will supporting sales activities, e.g. creation of sales & marketing material, communication with clients, follow-up the sales funnel
* You support managing our technology partnerships & supplier relationships
* In this role, you support the creation of quotes, keeping track of orders and contracts
* You will be in charge of project controlling and invoicing
* You will support financial and payroll accounting and financial reporting
* Your responsibility will be related to our offices in terms of equipment, supplies and maintenance
* You will design and implement company policies to establishing standards and procedures
* The role will involve also tasks related to travel management (booking transport and accommodation for team members)
* You will support management and team members with organizational tasks
Our requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience and/or organizational background in a similar role and business environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, varied, and international working environment.
* Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters.
* Organizational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks for keeping the team and management organized
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Impressive organizational and planning skills combined with a can-do attitude and initiative.
* Good problem solver who takes responsibility and ownership
* A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
* Good knowledge of health and safety at work regulations (trained first-aider/fire warden)
* Experience in controlling and accounting
* Empathy and interpersonal skills to build a strong relationship with the team
* Confident handling of Microsoft and Google applications for scheduling, creating presentations and spreadsheets, etc.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in German and English and ability to collaborate with colleagues, build effective relationships with external providers
