You will:
* Lead several high visibility projects and drive new initiatives together with the team, ranging from campaigns, automations, segmentation, data science models & communication channels, to new technical initiatives on the CRM front, improvements in customer reachability, and excelling on the creative front.
* Collaborate closely with other teams in Marketing, Product, Platform, and Business Analytics.
* Launch pre-defined CRM campaigns via the relevant communication channels to different segments of the user base to achieve the desired revenue objectives.
* Work very closely with all CRM Managers to align on the campaigns, segmentation, and tests.
* Support, design, implement and track the CRM A/B tests.
* Create, test, & deploy the required landing pages for the campaigns.
* Analyse data, derive insights and use them to drive the CRM performance forward.

* An expert in multichannel CRM activities (email, push, in-app, web).
* Able to structure yourself and with an eye for detail.
* Are able to understand, communicate, and drive technical projects with the help of relevant Product Managers and Engineers.
* Comfortable with working autonomously.
You have:
* Many years of in-depth experience in CRM, including strategic & leadership experience with a focus on revenue generating activities.
* Ideally prior experience of using Emarsys CRM Marketing Cloud, especially for the email channel. Experience with other similar tools like Braze, Iterable, Airship, etc. will be considered.
* Good to have: experience in Contentful, Tableau, ESL (Emarsys Scripting Language).
* Prior experience of doing CRM in a subscription business is a plus.
* Knowledge of GDPR and email opt-in requirements.
* A track record of finding innovative solutions & approaches.
* A passion for data-driven approach to CRM activities.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
