My client is looking for a GM who is looking for a maternity cover contract and would love to hear from you!
Working with business support functions it will be your responsibility to drive revenue, manage costs and property CAPEX, all while maintaining the operations and brand experience for the property.
What your day to day will consist of
1. Leadership and management of the community within our inspiring property
2. Collaborating with Revenue Management & Sales to drive business and achieve top line targets
3. Guiding all operational functions provide excellent service and a strong community for the guests
4. You are the point of contact for guests, external service providers and partners
5. Ensuring smooth operations and efficiency across all departments
6. Preparation of management reports and budget planning
7. Analyzing and responding to guest feedback
8. Full responsibility for the financial performance of the location and achieving business goals
You are a perfect fit if you
9. Have a degree in hospitality and at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position
10. Possess strong management and leadership skills
11. Touchpoints in hospitality financial functions such as revenue management, marketing planning, and budget forecasting (preferred)
12. Have experience with all operational activities of a hotel
13. Are tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office
14. Are proactive and a motivated team player
