About the Role
With a vision powered by the latest in automation, SaaS, and AI technologies, we are setting the standard for product and customer interaction in the startup ecosystem. As we continue our journey, we're looking for a Customer/Partner Enablement Manager to join our team and spearhead the engagement and success of our key accounts across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the DeepOpinion Academy, including onboarding customers onto our products and ensuring they are well-versed with all necessary materials.
* Dive deep into the next phases of customer engagement, continuously enhancing the onboarding process and educational content.
* Record instructional videos and lead live sessions to educate and engage customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and product fluency.
* Manage 10-20 key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and support for these partners and customers.
* Enable partners with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively deploy and leverage our products, facilitating their quick adaptation and long-term success.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product updates, marketing strategies, and customer feedback to drive product enhancements and customer satisfaction.
About You
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, sales or product enablement, or a related field within the tech industry, ideally in a startup environment.
* Proven track record of managing and scaling customer and partner relationships in the SaaS, AI, or automation sectors.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct live presentations and create engaging content for a diverse audience.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
* Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
