The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager to lead our Human Resources initiatives across Europe. This senior management role offers a unique chance to shape HR strategy and drive organizational excellence in a global, technology-driven company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Regional HR Strategy : Collaborate with European site management and HR teams to implement and localize HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
2. Leadership & Development : Lead and facilitate leadership development and organizational growth by addressing root causes of HR challenges. Mentor and support managers and employees to create a high-performance culture.
3. Policy Implementation & Compliance : Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local laws and global HR guidelines, including SOX and Internal Controls.
4. Employee Relations : Champion a proactive and systematic approach to resolving employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
5. Compensation & Benefits : Oversee regional compensation, benefits plans, and payroll, ensuring competitive packages that attract and retain top talent.
6. Business Partnering : Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to regional leaders, guiding them through organizational changes and talent management.
7. HR Operations : Manage headcount, budgets, and capital expenditures, ensuring HR processes are efficient and in line with global timelines.
8. Special Projects : Lead and participate in various high-impact HR projects to drive continuous improvement across the region.
What You Bring
9. MBA, MSW, or MLM degree
10. 7+ years of relevant HR experience
11. Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations
12. Proven experience in dealing with unions
13. Expertise in designing and delivering coaching, mentoring, and talent management programs
14. Advanced skills in HR Information Systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
15. Experience in report writing and policy development
16. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
17. Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
