Director, Value-Added Services (m/w/d)
If so, Arrow Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Value-add Services Director for the European region. This includes but is not limited to supporting the growth of our device programming business, end-to-end ownership of the outsourced service business, and advanced manufacturing services, as well as oversight and support of the AIS business in the region.
This position serves as an integral member of the management team to drive innovation, customer experience, gain market share, improve productivity, and enhance profitability and cash flow.
Assign activities and projects to meet various customer, supplier, and distribution needs.
Measure and monitor progress on deliverables to ensure best in class service
Maintain an understanding of all core business processes for your supported business group and drive initiatives for continuous improvements and processes.
Work as a "business partner" to build relationships, understand needs, and offer solutions through collaboration with key functional leaders in finance, operations, sales, etc.
Support qualifying leads and understand customer processes, issues, and costs to determine how Arrow's services can deliver value to customers
Maintain knowledge of and ensure all operations comply with applicable environmental, health, safety, and other regulatory rules and regulations (DOT, HIPAA, etc.).

Typically requires a minimum of 15-yrs experience and a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering or related field; Strong financial management skills including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
In-depth knowledge of EMS, PCBA, PCB, and device programming services
Strong understanding of supply chain management
