What you do
We are seeking a passionate full-time intern to join us in delivering cutting-edge development programs, events, and learning campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing engaging learning journeys and pathways in our Learning Experience Platform (Degreed)
* Crafting compelling content such as presentations, multimedia assets, manuals, and online learning resources
* Driving communication and marketing initiatives through intranet posts, mailings, and Viva Engage
* Organizing and managing training events from start to finish, including setting up webinars and hosting live sessions
* Providing project management support for large-scale upskilling campaigns like our Tech Learning Run on Generative AI
What you bring
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* An independent, self-driven working style
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
* A keen interest in Learning & Development, coupled with a proactive and curious approach to new topics
* Familiarity with multimedia tools for content creation (e.g., video editing software, graphic design tools etc.)
* Enrolment in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
* Experience in project management is beneficial
