What you do
This HR Organizational Design Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Global Head of HR Operations in key Organizational Design initiatives, such as TOM implementation, Organizational Streamlining, and Strategic Workforce Management. This person will help drive projects on a global level across multiple regions and countries to improve organizational health and agility
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and steer FTE management process across all functions and BUs
* Manage Organizational Streamlining initiative, through definition of organizational design guidelines and steering the implementation e.g. the controlling of layers of management and span of control in the organization
* Create reporting tools to help manage the Organizational Streamlining norms and enable discussions with Global Functional Heads / Lines of business to drive desired results
* Support Functional Head / Board Members during implementation of strategic projects through consulting on Organizational Design options
* Play a critical role in managing organizational governance to ensure compliance to Organizational Streamlining norms (e.g. during reorganizations and changes of reporting lines)
* Accurately reflect the organization across all core systems (incl. Cost center structure, Foundational objects in SF, downstream systems…) in line with defined governance.
* Help drive Strategic Workforce Planning projects at the Global / Functional, Regional and Local level
* Work closely with Allianz Group level to drive various reporting requirements and hold discussion with them as needed to manage deliverables
* Ensure that all stakeholders in the business are aware of org design principles, data quality status and respective actions required
* Work very closely with the HR colleagues in the local BUs to address issues or inability to comply to Organization Design principles
What you bring
* 4+ years’ experience related to successful delivery of complex projects for large global organizations
* Masters degree in Business, HR Management, or related
* Strong Excel and PowerBI skills are a must
* Skills in MS PowerAutomate are a plus
* Knowledge of HR processes and HR IT systems, preferably SAP SF
* Fluent in English with very strong verbal and written skills
* Strong sense of responsibility, ability to drive complex projects, multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to details · Communication and consulting skills
* Enhanced skills in presentation and creation of communication materials with e.g. PPT
