The potential to improve the diversity of our leadership team and make a meaningful impact on our business What will you do: After an intensive training on products, sectors, and our approach on Light production and successful execution in your scope, you will lead our operational team within transportation district responsible for the oversight of small, medium and large single on site customer contract operations on a day to day basis. provide the leadership (planning, scheduling, coordinating, assigning and directing) to the O&M technicians ensuring that all the contract terms, conditions, requirement and standards of a contract are satisfactorily managed Directs / co-ordinates the O&M operations for multiple sites, multi contract and advanced complex processes. Responsible to ensure that assigned O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual, operational, maintenance and profitability requirements for multiple sites develop and maintain strong working relationship with site manager, sales force, management and customer. Coordinates with sales managers in the planning, development and implementation of strategies for operational management that meet the agreed contract performance requirements within budget and timeframes. Strong business acumen and understanding of contract language, terms and conditions. Supports sales team in pursing new business and contract renewal Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of Industrial sector and experience in an administrative and budgetary role as well as computer literacy Degree or training in technical field / engineering or equivalent Proven leadership experience within industrial environment as shift leader, Production leader, or similar Eagerness to grow through challenging experience Willingness to travel Based in Germany Fluent in German and English We are looking forward to your application li-eu
