TheEU Sales Business and Development Manager for Mammotome isresponsible for creating and executing against project plans todevelop and attain sales in focus products.
This position is partof the EMEA Commercial Leadership Team and will be fully remote. AtMammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies thatcreate efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart ofevery breast cancer journey is apatient.

In thisrole, you will have the opportunityto:
* Create and executebusiness plans in partnership with General Manager and NationalSales Managers to understand accounts and territories, setpriorities, and obtain strategicobjectives.
* Coach FSOmembers to gain interest, qualify, demonstrate, conduct successfulevaluations, and close sales on focused ORtechnology.
* Demonstrateproduct, procedure and clinical knowledge and proper surgicalapplication of Companyproducts.
* Conductclinical presentations and evaluations where applicable to keystakeholders and physicians across EMEA and evaluations to positionproduct within facility to achieve pullthrough.
Theessential requirements of the jobinclude:
* Bachelor’s degreerequired
* Minimum of 5 yearsof demonstrated success in selling capital and disposables. Deep knowledge of breast cancer diagnostics and surgerycare pathway in a diagnostic industry where compliance toregulation is amust.
* Minimum of 2years management experience with a track record of gainingfollowership, developing talent, and projectmanagement.
* Action orientedindividual who is highly proactive at solving problems andobtainingresults.
* Demonstratedexperience with keeping a pulse on industry trends andopportunities for growth through productpositioning.
Travel,Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/EnvironmentRequirements:
* Frequent travelis required.
* May be requiredto travel for extended periods of time to provide coverage in openterritories.
* Typicalwork-related travel assignments range 1-3 days per week, and assuch overnight, out-of-town stays arerequired.
* Requires airtravel on occasionalbasis.
Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:
* Minimum of 5 years ofsales experience is preferred in the surgicalspace.
