Scope
We invite you to be part of our journey as we fortify our position in the DACH region, offering state-of-the-art managed services and software solutions as well as our payment terminals. Our new Android-based payment terminals are at the forefront of technology, championing security and environmental consciousness, and also opening interfaces into all value-added applications from our partner ecosystem. As we gear up for growth, our local sales force plays a pivotal role in aligning Ingenico’s capabilities with our customers’ needs, surpassing their expectations.
Position
As a Key Account Manager specializing in terminal network services, you will be an essential member of our sales hierarchy, reporting to the Head of Sales DACH. Your mission will be to bring new sales hunting mindset and hunger for innovation into the sales team, to cultivate and enhance a portfolio of key accounts that are instrumental in driving significant and strategic revenue for Ingenico. With a zeal for innovation and a transformative vision in the payment sector, you will engage in consultative sales, fostering customer and partner relationships to embrace new applications. Customer satisfaction will be the cornerstone of your endeavours.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive the revenue and the profitability for a strategic mix of products, services, and solutions across identified key customers and prospects within the distributor and wholesaler segments of payment and electronic banking.
* Serve as the principal point of contact for a roster of clients, catalysing sales, nurturing partnerships, and managing the full spectrum of order processing and reporting. Your commitment to revenue growth and new order tracking will be crucial.
* Ensure fluid collaboration among clients, Ingenico team members, and executive leadership. Within Ingenico you drive your customers needs into all development, delivery and support areas.
* Vigorously pursue business expansion opportunities through strategic market analysis and the identification of new business channels.
* Manage the integration of client data into our CRM system, prioritizing precision, and ease of access.
* Conduct and lead conference calls and meetings, interfacing with a broad spectrum of client representatives and service tiers. Advocate for our latest product innovations with our partners.
* Convey Ingenico’s distinctive market stance and value proposition, customizing solutions to meet established client requirements, and nurturing lasting loyalty with targeted strategies.
* Identify sales opportunities and lead the charge in acquiring new clients to broaden Ingenico’s market influence.
Profile
* A robust background in commercial training or a related discipline.
* A track record of sales success, preferably with insights into the payment or retail sectors. We welcome a variety of profiles, particularly from within our organization.
* Proficiency in English and German, with a confident demeanor, is vital for success.
* Skilled in PC operations, especially with the MS Office suite and Salesforce.
* Willingness to travel and the fortitude to excel in high-pressure, dynamic scenarios.
