Job Sub-Family description
Functions in this Job Sub-Family are responsible for raising the national and international profile of the BMW Group, its brands, products and sites among relevant stakeholders in line with the communication strategy as well as the defined perception targets and reputation drivers (external communication). They ensure the goodwill and support among the public for the BMW Group’s entrepreneurial activities (licence to operate) and also communicate in the event of a crisis. In addition, the functions in this Job Sub-Family are responsible for informing managers and employees and for activating them in support of the company’s strategic and operational goals (internal communication). In the area of content management, they are responsible for the creation, control and functional protection of all operating instructions media.
