Job Description
* responsible for the improvement of the user experience and optimization of the checkout / purchase processes
* independent development of frontend AB tests for WELT.de and BILD.de (starting with simple static page elements up to complex, dynamic components with interfaces to backend systems)
* development according to the design specifications of our designers
* further development of our framework for the creation of tests
* tracking and analysis of user behavior
* analysis, visualization and presentation of results
Qualifications
* very good knowledge of JavaScript (Typescript), stylesheets (Sass).
* experience with at least one of the following frameworks: React, Angular or Vue.JS
* experience with Amazon Web Services and NodeJS is advantageous
* a sense for good / bad user experience
* ideas to work around technical imponderables and find alternative, elegant solutions
* the urge to improve and optimize code permanently
* an eye for details (including potential challenges) when implementing design specifications
