RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing your team of around five researchers under the direction of the Research Manager
2. Analyzing and, if necessary, improving your team's work routines and workflows in line with best practice
3. Distribution of the workload and daily special tasks
4. Regular 1-1 meetings with your team
5. Managing the qualitative and quantitative work performance of your team with a view to achieving the company's goals
6. Preparing and holding team meetings (together with the Research Manager)
7. Recruitment and training of new employees
8. Cooperation with the direct supervisor (Research Manager) and other national and international managers on various tasks in line with the company's objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
9. Very good knowledge of German (C1 or native speaker) and good knowledge of English
10. University degree or equivalent
11. Management experience
12. Very good communication skills
13. Strong teamwork skills
14. Very good problem solving skills
15. Structured, independent working style
16. Great interest in commercial real estate topics
17. Experience in (or interest in) independent research of large amounts of data
18. Good MS-Office skills
19. Quick learner of new systems
