H4-Business Transformation is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. As part of Business Transformation, we strive for business model harmonization based on simplicity, scalability and digital solutions, which will be scaled globally via the Business Master Platform. The Business Master Platform (BMP) and its Global Assets allow to scale the harmonized business model to OEs (Operating Entities) worldwide by embedding the harmonized, efficient processes and standardized Master Products. Within Business Transformation, the BMP Management team is responsible for steering the BMP program, by defining, owning and implementing its operating model. The department steers the BMP Areas based on demand and value with lean governance, processes and methodologies, including agile and change management. The team has an overall responsibility for owning, evolving and supporting the implementation of the lean portfolio management framework, collaborating with Business Areas and Group Centers. The team covers three main key areas of responsibilities and capabilities: 1) Governance and Steering 2) Data, quality assurance and reporting 3) Change management and communications. We are looking for a Specialist in Program steering to join our team with a passion for transformation and enjoying to work in an international environment. How can you make an impact? You will: Oversee and drive BMP program’s overarching deliverables by connecting Business Areas and OEs on program level Own and manage program methodology, frameworks, processes and standards and serve as primary point of contact for program and change related aspects Monitor compliance with governance, process and reporting standards and establish and document policies, procedures, and best practices Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with program objectives and organizational goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure defined standards and changes are integrated into business operations and drive meaningful change and create lasting impact Plan, coordinate, and execute events, and workshops that support organization’s strategic objectives and evaluate the outcome for continuous improvement Work closely with program stakeholders to ensure that changes are effectively managed and communicated, minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement across the program What are you made of? Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in project / program management, change management and/or strategic communications with organizational skills, preferably in a large program or project environment Strong leadership, innovative thinking and change management skills Ability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts on all levels with and without formal authority Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders and a positive attitude paired with a strong sense of curiosity and a customer-centric attitude Understanding of the software lifecycle from ideation stage to delivery & maintenance is a plus Proven experience and positive track record within BMP program of advantage Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Graduation/Masters, Diploma or a similar level of a university education Proven experience in Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile Delivery role for a team that diligently applied Agile/ Scrum principles, practices, and theory Experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and Miro Advanced MS office skills as well as collaborative tools Excellent command of written and spoken English, second language is a plus Do we have what you need?
