About The Role We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth as an active part of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales or a deep understanding of these target sectors. What You’ll Do Sales Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning with company goals to drive growth and market penetration. Business Development : Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers, expanding our reach within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. Customer Engagement : Work closely with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, ensuring Sparrow's solutions exceed expectations. Strategic Partnerships : Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance Sparrow's market presence. Market Insights : Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities. Must-Haves Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales or experience in our target industries: chemical, pharmaceutical, or automotive. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in German and English. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies. A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Directness and openness in communication, aligned with Sparrow’s values. Nice-to-Haves Fluency in French. Experience selling solutions to enterprise-level clients. Familiarity with AI-powered SaaS platforms and data-driven solutions.
