Then come and join our global team as Software Architect (f/m/d) for Computed Tomography (CT) applications to advance our "Simplify" project within our communal CT architecture community.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
* As a Software Architect*, you will engage with the communal CT architecture community, contributing to the migration project for technology and frameworks across the entire CT image post-processing software suite
* You will serve as a pivotal connection to our lead software architects, tasked with the technical breakdown of intricate requirements
* You are charged with conducting feasibility studies, extracting technological insights for decision-making, and subsequently overseeing the planning and estimation of work packages
* In the role of a "coding architect*", you will be directly involved in the software development process
* You will assume technical leadership and be responsible for the training and continued education of the software development team

Your qualifications and experience:
* You have successfully completed a master's degree in computer science, natural sciences, engineering, or another relevant field
* You are looking forward to contributing your expertise from several years of relevant professional experience in complex software development projects
* Ideally you have already gained first experience as a software architect
* We are also happy to consider applicants with a successfully completed bachelor's degree or vocational training and further education in connection with additional professional experience in the field
* You are proficient with C# and .NET, and a certification in software architecture, such as Siemens SWA, is highly desirable
* You have a robust understanding of problem-solving, control-, and data flow analysis, as well as experience in crafting software designs.
* Familiarity with the native/syngo platform, particularly in imaging, would be ideal
