As a Customer Success Administrator, you will provide high-quality support to the Customer Success Specialist Team, handling transactional tasks supporting our global customer base. This is a hybrid role that supports customers in either the UK or New Zealand. Hours will be 5 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday OR 3 pm to Midnight Sunday through Thursday. You can decide what schedule you want. WHAT YOU WILL DO Address and process Add-On Opportunities for Platinum and Gold Segments. Provide high-standard contract summaries and account reconciliations. Follow-up open support cases and report the outcomes to CSS and the client. Process partial churn requests. Promote growth by engaging with the customer and understanding the company?s needs to accomplish upgrade, add-on, and renewal opportunities or redirect Upsell opportunities. Address inquiries assigned to contracts and finance and drive account reconciliations as needed. WHO YOU ARE 1 years experience in a Customer Service role. Strong English skills, both written and verbal. Prior experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and SAP Intermediate-level Excel skills.
