We're looking for a passionate 2nd Level Support Technician (m/w/d) to wow our users in Frankfurt am Main.
What you'll do:
* Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and problems, providing creative solutions that leave our users smiling.
* Manage the installation and maintenance of IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Take charge of hardware/software installation, network configuration, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts, migrations, and hands-on support.
* Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring smooth operations.
What you'll need:
* Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Solid software and hardware knowledge in Second Level Support, particularly within the Microsoft environment.
* Ideally, you have experience with GXP and LAB support.
* Strong communication skills with fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
* Experience working with ticketing systems.
