Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10 years of proven enterprise sales excellence in technology, specifically UCaaS/CCaaS solutions, with 2-4 years of channel expertise Track record of landing major new logos, expanding existing accounts, and managing complex enterprise deals Master presenter with ability to deliver compelling, strategic product demonstrations Expert in solution selling with outstanding relationship-building skills across all organizational levels Consistent record of smashing sales quotas with an unstoppable competitive drive Self-starter with entrepreneurial fire and passion for continuous growth and team success Strategic powerhouse with executive presence that commands respect in C-level interactions Advanced CRM expertise and strategic territory management capabilities Native-level German fluency with excellent business English skills Strong social media presence and engagement, particularly on LinkedIn, to maximise territory impact.
