Responsibilities:
As our Regional Sales Manager for the MENA region, you will be a key driver of our business growth. Your role will encompass the following:
Market Expertise: Utilize your extensive 5+ years of experience in the MENA feed additive market. Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to MENA countries. Identify opportunities, set ambitious targets, and create actionable plans.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, poultry farms, and other stakeholders in the region. Leverage your existing network to drive sales.
Sales Performance: Hit the ground running! Achieve and surpass sales targets from day one by effectively promoting our products.
Requirements:
* Proficient in English (written and spoken).
* Proven track record in sales, particularly in the MENA feed additive market.
* Excellent negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the MENA region.
