Your tasks
9. Implementation and coordination of the budgeting process for personnel costs
10. Monitoring personnel costs: cost tracking, analysis, root cause analysis and monthly forecasting
11. Collecting personnel cost-related data and key figures and communicating these to key stakeholders
12. Preparation of accounting decisions and participation in monthly and annual financial statements
13. Collaboration on business management projects and optimization measures
14. Ensuring and maintaining SAP Cost Center key figures
Your profile
15. Professional experience in finance & accounting / controlling
16. (First) knowledge of the accounting regulations HGB and StB
17. Knowledge in the use of MS Office and SAP
18. Knowledge of the use of a BI (Business Intelligence) tool, e.g. Power BI, is desirable
19. Very good knowledge of German and communication skills in English
