This includes interns, working students, apprentices, dual students, etc. ONEMETRO: You will be the central interface between recruiting, departments, and other People & Culture functions. Since you are still studying yourself, you are naturally close to the target group. This helps you advise departments on trends in the Young Talents job market and develop effective strategies to attract these talents. You skillfully screen incoming applications and make a suitable preselection. You know exactly what to look for to ensure a good match with the hiring team. You proactively approach the departments, have no hesitation in introducing yourself to new areas, and proactively familiarize them with processes and systems. You conduct and organize interviews - both virtually and on-site. You write exciting job advertisements and work with LinkedIn to convince exciting candidates from METRO through active sourcing. You participate in shaping the employer branding strategy and support for activities in the field of personnel marketing (e.g., career fairs).
