The Role
As the BIM Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation in construction and facility management. You'll drive the implementation, development, and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across all stages of our data center lifecycle - from concept to operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and strategies across multiple projects.
* Manage and coordinate BIM workflows between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Oversee the integration of BIM with design, construction, and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
* Develop and deliver training programs for teams to ensure BIM adoption and best practices.
* Support the transition of BIM data into facilities management systems for ongoing operations and maintenance.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for innovation in digital construction methodologies.
About You
We're seeking a passionate, forward-thinking BIM professional with a strong understanding of design and construction in large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical facilities.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a BIM Manager or similar role, ideally in data centers, colocation, or critical infrastructure projects.
* Deep knowledge of BIM standards, software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.), and workflows.
* Experience with integrating BIM into operational and facilities management systems.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Qualifications
* Familiarity with sustainable building practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM).
