As our Product Designer (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of crafting intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces while contributing to the conceptual development of our product. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms. 1. Work closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with our product direction and enhance user experience
2. Conduct user research, including interviews and usability studies, to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the heart of our design process
3. Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user journey and interface functionality. These tools will be instrumental in user testing and iterative design improvements
4. Analyze and interpret user feedback, translating it into actionable design enhancements that improve the product’s usability and overall experience.

5. Minimum 4 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
6. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
7. Full-stack design skills including user research, journey mapping, and feature development from concept to execution
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively present designs and work with cross-functional teams
9. Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities with a detail-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment
