We are looking for a new Creative Service Director (m/f/d) in Munich Your responsibilities: Coordinate the design selling environments, display of products consultation areas, and transaction spaces. Ensure that the brand’s image is consistent and properly expressed and maintained within the guidelines set by the New York office to achieve a cumulative and synergistic effect in terms of architecture and detailed merchandise layouts. Provide designs, technical drawings and specifications to the market and chosen shopfitter for every new installation. Communicate with regional design groups on store appearance; notify all parties involved of any updates and/or revisions to standard details. Work closely with brand directors to ensure complete and articulated store presentation. Negotiate with brands, vendors, and retailer design teams to find a solution that works for everyone. Ensure that all brand designs and finished products meet all existing security requirements. Educate the sales teams to become increasingly knowledgeable and self-sufficient in choosing locations that best meet the brand’s needs. Educate and update new and experienced shopfitters on new techniques, details, and design directions. Update shopfitters on materials for the brands and ensuring the best quality/cost ratio of the projects. Identify and interview new shopfitters for future markets and projects. Provide leadership, guidance, and management. Provide input in assessing the performance of team members. Qualifications Your profile: Formal training in architecture or interior design. Leadership experience. Experience in graphics, layout, and interior signage as well as an understanding of traffic flow and human scale. Experience with the luxury goods industry. Provided direction, coaching, and developmental opportunities for subordinates. Good communication and human relations skills. Strong analytical skills, the ability to identify and prioritize critical issues, and problem-solving skills. Creative/innovative thinking.
