I optimize the entire value stream B2B Sales & Loyalty (group of product teams), ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of value to customers. I am responsible for the vision and the respective products (product / tech focus) within my Value Stream.
What I’ll do:
1. Develop a vision and strategy for the value stream, aligning it with the organization's strategic goals, with a focus on customer-centricity
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams, other Value Stream Leads, Hangar Management
3. Ensure alignment of the value stream strategy with the overall strategy
4. Establish long-term goals and define a roadmap that maximizes value delivery by prioritizing initiatives and considering customer needs, market dynamics
5. Analyze value stream performance using relevant metrics (OKRs, KPIs, key product metrics)
6. Ensure that the technical solutions delivered by the teams adhere to quality standards
7. Provide strong leadership to agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
8. Manage the budget for the value stream

What I’ll need:
9. At least 5 years of leadership experience with large cross-functional and intercultural teams in a scaled agile environment
10. At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in delivering strategic products to the organization, in the field of B2B sales, loyalty, customer service (Airline experience is an advantage)
11. Strong communication skills and can analyses between different stakeholders
12. Senior-level experience in leading, coaching, developing teams and practical knowledge of coaching tools in team management
13. Knowledge of software-development processes, digital products, as well as methodologies and frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, OKRs)
14. Strong analytical ability, to solve problems in complex environment and cross-functional teams
15. Very good command of English language
