As a Key Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with major enterprise clients, including top global insurance and financial services companies. Your vast experience in sales and growing enterprise accounts globally will be essential to managing and expanding partnerships. Responsibilities: Own and expand key enterprise relationships on a global scale. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, increase adoption, and expand partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level key stakeholders, understanding their challenges and positioning DeepOpinion’s AI-powered automation solutions to drive impact. Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts. Drive new business within existing accounts by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Customer Success). Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, RPA, and automation, providing valuable insights to clients. Your profile Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in key account management, managing enterprise accounts globally. Proven experience in identifying and leveraging growth opportunities within key accounts through strategic solution expansion. Experience selling BPO( Business Process Outsourcing), RPA, automation products, or AI-driven enterprise solutions. Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts at a global level. Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at C-level and VP-level. Ability to drive revenue growth and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Experience working with large enterprises in industries like insurance, finance, and/ or tech. Proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders.
