Business Analyst (m/f/d)
IT, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Enterprise Applications
Your responsibilities
1. Collaborating and communicating with business and IT teams to define, prioritize, track, and escalate implementation status, including third party applications and interfaces.
2. Collaborating and communicating with internal, external, local, and global resources on PLM applications related support.
3. Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about development and implementation progress.
4. Communicating and coordinating with business and IT to fully understand business processes, identify business issues, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
5. Understanding business processes and PLM core functions to troubleshoot.
6. Responsibility for managing and coordination of documentation and knowledge transfer process according to Getinge standard.

Your profile
7. Bachelor´s degree or equivalent in engineering or computer science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
8. Familiarity with project management methodology, tools, and best practices.
9. Several years of PLM applications experience and business process.
10. At least participation in 5 PLM - ERP integration projects throughout the full lifecycle.
11. Strong experience in product data structures (e.g., BOMs, revisioning, data change management, digital document management) in SAP ECC/S4HANA.
12. Experience in technical development and implementation of customized solutions within the PLM environment. Technical integration of PLM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD, DMS) to streamline workflows and improve data consistency.
13. Experience with at least two PLM applications (e.g., 3DExperience, PTO Creo, Autodesk Fusion 360, SAP ECTR, SAP PLM).
14. Good English skills, both written and spoken.
15. Excellent Team Player, Forward Thinker and Game Changer.
16. Experience in working in an international environment.
17. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
18. Willingness to travel (around 30%).
