We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist!
We want you to:
* Develop and execute CRM strategies to support sales objectives and to increase CLV across customer lifecycle stages (e.g. lead acquisition, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, retention)
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to gather, define, and deliver new business requirements
* Identify relevant customer data and continuously improving the customer database for effective segmentation and personalized communication, while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
* Analyze CRM campaign performance data to derive strategic insights for enhancing CRM strategies
* Lead offline and online multi-channel campaign management for new customer acquisition (conquest activities) and ensuring consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints to foster customer loyalty
* Oversee lead nurturing and developing lead management processes from conceptualization to implementation, including KPI definition and results monitoring
* Lead customer data management efforts, including database segmentation and enhancing data quality within Salesforce
* Report key lead management results up to the sales conversation rate and driving data cleansing projects as needed
* Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality services that align with company requirement
Requirements:

* University Degree (BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or other business-related field
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM management and lead generation in a dynamic environment, e.g. consultancy, start-up or agency
* Experience in sales and service management using Salesforce CRM
* Salesforce certifications are a plus
* Understanding of sales process and procedures
* Strong analytical skills, solution oriented and team player
* Fluent English language as well as excellent presentation skills
