Job Description Your mission during this flight: You are an avionics system expert with proven record of certifying airplanes or helicopters, and you are passionate about making a difference in eVTOL aviation. Requirements management, system design as well as change and problem reporting processes are tasks you are perfectly familiar with. You have experience in planning and producing certification evidence and communicate and align with certification authorities. Within a highly motivated and skilled team, you will ensure that system development, integration, and verification activities are performed in cost, time, and quality. You will shape the future of how pilots control an eVTOL aircraft. Performing requirement management of the system/subsystem/component level requirements in the Avionics domain Performing the requirements validation and support of the requirements verification activities Addressing the problem reports and managing change requests for the allocated system Preparing and performing the system and component design reviews (PDR, CDR etc.), internally and with suppliers Supporting the development assurance activities (e.g. system audits with authorities for ARP 4754A compliance demonstration) Supporting the generation of the compliance evidence for the certification (test plans, design reviews, analysis reports etc.) Participating in communication with the certification authority Facilitating the integration activities of the newly developed and COTS equipment (e.g. review of the test procedures, environmental qualification gap analysis and others) Reviewing and approving test procedures and test reports related to Avionics integration tests Ensuring proper verification of problem reports using the test rigs, aircraft, or other test means
