Required Technical and Professional Expertise 4 years in human-centered design, emphasizing design strategy, service design with a focus on UX/UI, and co-creation Solid understanding of Design Thinking, UX Research and Human-Centered Design methods Confident in (co-)facilitation of design processes and customer workshops in projects and make sure the full team is onboarded Entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in ambiguity and enjoy u2018first of a kind challenges.u2019u202f Support multi-discipline teams through a service design and blueprinting engagement, resulting in experience-based roadmaps that enable technologists to dig more deeply into solutions Excellent collaboration and communication skills with customers and internal stakeholdersu202f Strong presentation skills in pre-sales environment Fluent in both German and English, verbally and written.
