We are looking for : - Lead the Country HR team for the DACH region: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We count on you for: - Implement the HR Strategy and policies at a country level and promote strong social dialogue. - Partner with local Business and Functions Leaders for HR-related matters, and continue to embark them on the leader-led mindset. - Secure deployment of the People and Capabilities dimension for respective sites. - Manage Labor and Employee relations in the assigned perimeter. - Work in a collaborative model with the TA team to identify, attract, and hire talents locally. You will bring: - 5 to 10 years of experience in an HR-related role. - Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field. - Experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally unionized. - Knowledge of German local social and labor regulations. - Business and financial acumen. - Open-minded and curious. - Autonomous mindset. - Hands-on and solution-oriented. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to impact and influence.
