Aufgabe Generate, run, and manage standard and custom reports within SuccessFactors Learning to track learning activities, user progress, and performance Analyze data to measure KPIs for learning programs, including course completions, learner engagement, and overall program effectiveness Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present insights from reports in a clear and actionable manner Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on training metrics, trends, and performance analysis Support continuous improvement of reporting processes to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and relevance to the business Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning features and reporting functionalities Qualifikation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field 3 years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors; experience in SAP BW is a plus Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional global topics Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis functions, and data visualization tools Expertise in process improvement and optimization methodologies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a meaningful way Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Fluent in English, German is a plus
