Your Role
1. As global Warehouse manager you monitor and steer the local plants of your region and take care that group guidelines and standard processes are followed
2. You lead regularly meetings with local plants and group functions to steer performance and KPI’s
3. You have an eye on global warehouse costs and take appropriate steps whenever needed
4. Minimize & eliminate logistics complaints due to warehousing, through error proofing & continuous improvement as well as inventory variances at warehouses, by establishing a process of regular monitoring
5. You become a global EWM process owner and ramp up a EWM Key User community
6. You identify process and system gaps and design and implement new solutions
7. You deal with escalations and root cause analysis in your daily work
8. Drive cost saving activities & ensure annual cost saving targets assigned are achieved and exceeded
9. You meet the approved budget and initiate adequate actions for possible and actual deviations in alignment with the manager
Your Profile
10. You have a completed logistics, business or supply chain management degree
11. You have professional experience in logistics environment of at least 7-9 years and profound SAP knowledge in SAP S/4HANA logistics modules, especially SAP EWM
12. You are a team player and passionate about optimizing logistics processes and able to steer and manage local operations
13. Strong hands-on mentality and demonstrated ability to work independently within a global and changing environment, as a solution-oriented person you convince with affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
14. Strong communication skills, your working language is English, German skills are an advantage
